At our first meeting at 8 weeks prior to your wedding, we will discuss and go over all the details & plans for your special day. I'll take away all your documents e.g. timings, seating plans, and I'll lisiase with your venue & suppliers to reconfirm setup logistics and any final details.

 

Then one or two days prior we will do a handover meeting where you run me through all your decor items, table boxes, etc and reconfirm all details before you head off to enjoy the run up to your wedding day.

 

I'll be there from the morning on your big day to make sure you have everything you need for relaxed preparations while checking over the venue to ensure your suppliers have completed setup.

I'll also ensure your own decorations, personal items and anything else you'd like me to set up or decorate for you is done with no detail left unchecked.

 

I'll make sure you walk up the aisle right at the perfect moment, preparing you & your bridal party beforehand, and most-importantly, your dress or suit will be completely on-point.

 

During the rest of the day, you'll fully enjoy every moment while I take care of keeping everything on time, making any announcements & overseeing all food & drinks service, so you have no stress or worries.

 

Then once your evening reception is ready to go, that's when I'll check on you for the last time, have a glass of fizz with you to toast a fabulous day & leave you to party the night away.
