3 Months Prior Planning Service

You're nearly there!

This is where I can assess and complete the final stages of your planning for you, ensuring all your suppliers, venue, caterers and anyone working on your wedding are informed & briefed on the details of your day.

This is essentially having a full wedding planner without the cost of one!

I'll manage your guestlist, dietary requirements, RSVPs, your table & seating plans, the detailed timeline of your day and ensure you stay on budget.

This service allows you to enjoy the build up to your special day without the extra jobs of organising when the florist will turn up or whether all of your caterers are aware of dietary requirements, meal choices, seating plans or whether your evening entertainment have sent their paperwork to the venue, know where to setup and most importantly, when you’re having your first dance!

This is the time for you to enjoy the final months of planning without any added faff or worry.
Then, I’ll be there on the day to perform all duties covered in the On The Day Management service.

This service starts from £1,450.00 depending upon the time of year and timeframe to your wedding date on enquiry.

How Does the Planning Process Work?

Soon after confirming your wedding with me, I'll send you my Welcome pack plus a fun questionnaire for you to fill in that lets me know even more about your wishes & requirements for your wedding day.

We'll also set up a consultation meeting to go through how the planning process works in terms of meetings & communication and how you'd like us to work together.

Using a personally created planning schedule & vision board, I begin to source venues and suppliers and suggest relevant ones to you.

Those that you're happy with I arrange viewings / meetings with and throughout the planning process, I prompt you with tasks to be completed to ensure we stay on track.

At around 6 months prior to your wedding date, we have a catch-up planning meeting, preferably done face-to-face at your venue, where we can start to map out the events of the day and discuss layouts, additional requirements and designs and everything in between.

This is where things get exciting!

Following this, as we get closer to your wedding date, we will no doubt speak more frequently as plans come together and logistical elements begin to take shape.
