I'll handle every detail of your wedding day from the very beginning of the planning process right the way to saying goodbyes after your celebrations have concluded.
I'll organise all your supplier meetings, visit your shortlisted venues, arrange menu tastings, source & liaise with all your suppliers, create & manage your budget as well as help you create a truly stunning setting for you to exchange your vows, eat a delicious wedding breakfast, orchestrate a fun-filled evening reception, and everything in between!
Rest assured, your personal organisational wizard will support and advise you through each stage of planning to ensure your entire experience is fun and totally stress & worry-free.
Whatever your style or design preferences, we can work together to design your entire wedding meticulously and bring it to life in a unique, incredible way, created using eco-conscious suppliers and methods for your piece of mind.
How Does the Planning Process Work?
Soon after confirming your wedding with me, I'll send you my Welcome pack plus a fun questionnaire for you to fill in that lets me know even more about your wishes & requirements for your wedding day.
We'll also set up a consultation meeting to go through how the planning process works in terms of meetings & communication and how you'd like us to work together.
Using a personally created planning schedule & vision board, I begin to source venues and suppliers and suggest relevant ones to you.
Those that you're happy with I arrange viewings / meetings with and throughout the planning process, I prompt you with tasks to be completed to ensure we stay on track.
At around 6 months prior to your wedding date, we have a catch-up planning meeting, preferably done face-to-face at your venue, where we can start to map out the events of the day and discuss layouts, additional requirements and designs and everything in between.
This is where things get exciting!
Following this, as we get closer to your wedding date, we will no doubt speak more frequently as plans come together and logistical elements begin to take shape.
